INSURANCE / PAYMENT

Teams are required to have basic liability insurance

Each team will submit one roster/waiver, signed by each player parent (if age 18 player can sign) - 15 max on roster

Form must be complete with manager/coach signature and all player birthdates (SEE RULES FOR AGE GUIDELINES)

Teams will check in at the field minimum 45 mins prior to their event with birth certificates for player age verification

REFUND POLICY

If event cancels due to weather or any other reason, teams will receive 100% refund
