PITCHING
NO PITCHING RESTRICTIONS - COACHES expected to use good judgment with THEIR pitchers
IF a pitcher is substituted and is taken out of the lineup they may not return as a pitcher
IF a pitcher is substituted and remains in the lineup they may return as a pitcher
EXTRA INNINGS
START WITH last batted out on 2nd - 1 out
2 pool play saturday / single elimination sunday
tournament bracket on the exposure app
game times for sunday will automatically populate after all games for a division have been played on saturday
pool play - coin flip home/away
bracket play - higher seed home team
Seeding - head to head, runs allowed, runs scored, coin flip
mound/base distances
10U - 35/60ft
12u - 40/60ft
14U-18U - 43/60ft
yellow corrugated tubing on fenceline is for safety only.
If batted ball hits the tubing and stays in play it is a live ball. ball must go over the fence to be a homerun
roster/lineup
no changes to roster after start of your 1st game of the tournament
bat 9 / 9 w/extra hitter (DP/FLEX) or the lineup - discuss at plate meeting
A team may play with 8 players without penalty only if an 8 player lineup is submitted at the plate meeting.
no changes may be made to a lineup card after the start of a game
jersey numbers must be visible at all times
mound visits
One visit per pitcher per inning. if same pitcher is visited twice in the same inning the pitcher must be removed
runners
jumping over a fielder is an automatic out
Runner must make every attempt to avoid contact or collision with the fielder
USSSA Rules with the following exceptions
no grade exemptions
2026 SEASON (8/11/2025-8/10/2026)
no double rostering
catchers - full mask required
if 3 or more way tie then head to head goes away and it moves to runs allowed
